I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching public and private classes for the past six years. My approach draws from Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing to create personalized sessions that support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Every practice is trauma-informed, beginner-friendly, and adapted to your individual needs, experience level, and goals.
As a trauma-informed yoga instructor, I am passionate about supporting individuals in addiction recovery and those navigating life's challenges. My classes are designed to help regulate the nervous system, cultivate self-awareness, build resilience, and reconnect you with your inner wisdom. Whether you're in recovery, experiencing stress or burnout, processing grief, or simply seeking greater balance, each session offers a compassionate space to slow down, breathe, and heal.
